Duradry lasts me more than 6 weeks. How do I change the time interval between my boxes?

To edit the address, next renewal date and time interval between boxes follow this steps:
1. Please log into your account.
2. Navigate to your subscription by clicking: Subscriptions > View > Edit Details

Example for changing the time interval between boxes:
If you want to receive a box every 8 weeks or so then select “every 2nd” & “month”.

How does the FOREVER 15% discount work?

You are elegible to a FOREVER 15% discount on your active subscription.

It’s simple! You’ll receive an email 100 days after your original subscription date. All you have to do is fill out a short you’ll receive 15% discount on every renewal order. FOREVER.

How can I pause my subscription?

If you want to take a break follow these steps:
1. Please log into your account.
2. Navigate to your subscription by clicking: Subscriptions > View
3. Click on the “PAUSE” button.

Whenever you are ready to come back just navigate to the same screen and click on the “REACTIVATE” button 🙂

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

That’s right! anytime!

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you need to unsubscribe please follow these steps:
1. Please log into your account.
2. Navigate to your subscription by clicking: Subscriptions > View
3. Click on the “CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION” button and follow the steps on the screen.

Trying to cancel my subscription, but getting the following error: “You do not have permission to view this form”

This is nothing to worry about. This error can be caused by any of the following:
– You do not have any active subscription to cancel.
– You previously paused your subscription. You just need to reactivate it and then proceed to cancel it.
– Your subscription is on hold due to payment failure. Please contact us and we’ll help you cancel.

How do I get my next box before the renewal date?

Easy!
1. Please log into your account.
2. Navigate to your subscription by clicking: Subscriptions > View
3. Click on the “SHIP NOW” button

How to add additional products to my subscription?

1. Please log into your account.
2. Navigate to any product page you want to add to your subscription.
3. On the product page, below the standard “Add to cart” button, select your existing subscription from the dropdown menu and click on the “Add to existing subscription” button.

You can remove products from your subscription anytime. Just navigate to your subscription by clicking: Subscriptions > View and click on the X next to the product you want to remove.

How to change my payment method?

1. Please log into your account.
2. Click on the “Payment methods” on your account dashboard and then click on the button “Add payment method”.
3. Once you’ve added a new payment method simply click on the button “Make default” that’s next to it. Then select “Yes” con the confirmation message you’ll see on the screen.

How do I change (switch) my subscription plan (AM fragrance AND one/two boxes per shipment)?

1. Please log into your account.
2. Navigate to your subscription by clicking: Subscriptions > View
3. Click on the button “Switch plans”. You’ll be redirected to a new page where you can select the options of your new plan.
4. Select the options of your new plan and click on the “Subscribe and Save!” button.
5. Go through the checkout process as you did the first time you subscribed. No worries, you won’t be charged again just yet, we just need to validate the plan change.
